Hamdan

I am a Research and Teaching Assistant at this lab, doing my PhD in soft interactive sensing and actuation technologies, like smart textile touch sensors and artificial muscle haptic actuators. In addition to research, I coordinate courses and help in teaching; mentor theses students and student assistants; contribute to grant proposal writing; and work on tool development for third-party projects (Intuitex, 3DCC). • Sketch&Stitch OS-iOS Suit: An OS app for filtering an image (e.g., a sketch) based on color, and communicating with embroidery machine software to convert each colored file into a custom embroidery pattern that can be stitched using any commercial embroidery machine. An iOS app to capture the image and send it directly to the OS app.
