VirlWind: A mobile device for user-centered augmented reality
My thesis deals with the development of a low-cost mobile device which provides user-centered augmented reality. The device will offer a window-like view into
the virtual world and conceal the transition between the two worlds, the real world and the virtual world, when navigating. I hypothesize that this device will provide a more intuitive way
of experiencing augmented reality than existing mobile solutions. This assumption will be evaluated in a controlled experiment.
