Wearable Computing Tutorials - Fabric Snap Connectors
Using the Lasercutter different types of connectors can be made, according to your needs. the snap connectors can be used for attaching programing interfaces, for modularity or any othe use you can atribute them.
The connectors that are created in the tutorial are made for modularity in a Jacket with LED matrix display on the back. They are created to facilitate removing the LED Matrix from the jacket before washing.

  • Add the vliesofix to the conductive material before cutting.



Usage

Instructions

Iron some vlies on the conductive fabric bigger than the shape you want to cut.
Cut the Fabrics one by one with the specific design from the attached file.
