FabArcade Hardware
Classic arcades achieved snappy controls through highly integrated and optimized controller designs. Our controller combines these low latencies with the advantages of modern USB controllers, proving that latency isn't impossible to mitigate. Additionally, we present a design for a flexible standalone latency measurement setup based on the Adafruit PyBadge that provides an easily modifiable platform to monitor latency in different types of systems.
