The Humberghaus in Dingden, Germany is the original home of the Jewish Humberg family. Starting in 2001, the house was renovated carefully by the local historic society, keeping its original historic character intact.

In 2011-2012, we developed the technology concept, software, and user interface for the Humberg Guide, a mobile guide system running on an iPod touch that is handed out to visitors of this house. Content development and media design were carried out by our partners Dr. Ulrich Hermanns - Ausstellung Medien Transfer GmbH, who also coordinated the entire exhibition that tells visitors about the lives of this family before, during, and after the Nazi regime.

The project launched successfully in June 2012, and the guide has been a major attraction and benefit to visitors of this historical location since.
