Girls' Day 2024

This year's Girls Day took place on April 25, 2024 and the participants were able to realize different creative projects in the Fab Lab. This year, the participants had the opportunity to get creative and design their own robots. This time, the robots were made from a paper cup and a paper vibration motor. The girls were able to design their robots as they wished and equip them with a pen with which they could draw their own motion sequences.

At the end of the day, they were able to proudly present their finished robots and see the results of their work. This year, the focus was also on the use of 3D printers and laser cutters. The girls learned how these devices work and were allowed to design or select their own motives, which were then printed out or cut out with the laser cutter. The day ended with proud presentations of the individually designed projects.
