Aachen Maker Meetup #114 (Wed, Jun 19, 2019): 3D-Printer Talk and Testing Lightshow Equipment

We had an amazing talk by Rav Verheyen about additive manufacturing from an industry point of view. He talked about various printing technologies, materials, post processing, etc.. In addition he brought some sample prints so that we could see the different materials and surface finish for ourselves.

Afterwards we had some pizza and conversation.

Then one of the attendees presented a light show installation that might be shown in action during the next AMM. It's a spinning wheel of lasers that project an hourglass shape onto foggy air.
