Words frequently mispronounced in our HCI student talks

A pronunciation that avoids some of the more well-known pitfalls will support the impression of a professional, well-rehearsed talk. If you're not a native speaker, the audience will likely still hear that, and that's perfectly fine. The list below is especially geared towards German natives giving talks in English, and towards HCI as a research field, although many related disciplines may find it useful too. Above all, I've heard each of these in a talk in our group, in seminars, thesis presentations, or conference talks.
