i10 Lunch Schedule

Please review the i10 Calendar regularly to see who is in charge of ordering lunch.

If it is your turn to order:

1. Send out an email requesting orders with the menu attached before 9a.m. on Tuesday (Monday afternoon is great!)
2. Explicitly request on-time delivery at 12pm sharp
3. If ordering on the phone, let them read back your complete order to verify. If ordering online, call again an hour before delivery to double-check if and what they will deliver.
4. Verify, then pay: When the order arrives, take your time to check if your order, their bill, and the food are the same. Check for missing items. Do not pay until you are satisfied that everything is there. Don't let them pressure you.
5. Bring enough small change to pay the bill (people will give you the money after lunch).

We've have many deliveries with wrong or missing items, which is a nuisance to those who ordered. The above steps are there to help make the lunch more enjoyable for everybody (ok, except for the delivery guy).
