Flone DIY Drone

We have a flone open-source quadcopter. Assembled by Jan Borchers in a workshop during FAB10 in Barcelona. Requires Android phone or tablet to fly.

Quick instructions:
- Install "Flone Remote" Android app, or use the Nexus Android tablet in the bag.
- Plug battery into quadcopter, while holding the yellow battery socket on the quadcopter in place with your index finger. Push connector in firmly.
- Pair phone with "ZMR" Bluetooth (code 0000) in Android settings
- Type in "ZMR" and hit "connect" at the bottom of the screen in the Flone Remote app
- Test by waving the quadcopter around, the artificial horizon in the app should move
- If all is well, set it down (orange propellers facing towards you)
- HANDS AWAY FROM PROPELLERS
- Click "ARM/DISARM" in the top left corner of the app. Red = ARM.
- SLOWLY drag up from the bottom of the app screen to start the propellers. A red line indicates propeller power. Slowly increase until liftoff.
- Fly the quadcopter by tilting the Android tablet. It's a direct mapping from tablet to quadcopter position/rotation in 3D.
