Cisco Speeddials Setup Template

This may help you quickly set up your speed dials on your Cisco desk phone. Go to http://tk-portal.itc.rwth-aachen.de, click on the wheel next to "Speeddial", then set up each person and number. You can copy and paste the data from this table. You may need to remove yourself and include me instead, since I just copied that from my setup, and I don't call myself very often. :) You also probably want to start your list with 1, not 2. I recommend mostly sorting names alphabetically.

If you don't have a speed dialing button block on your phone, press the Down arrow on the silver wheel on your phone to get to the first name in the list. Then scroll down or tap the little number in front of the name to call them directly.
