  1. While going to a new location, the user preferred to use a taxi because the driver of taxi will be familiar of all the routes of that region and will also drop him at the exact location where he wants to go.
  2. The user was in favor of using internet to get as much knowledge regarding his destination. Also, he could use traveling guides available related to the city where he is planning to go. Apart from that there are information offices, where 99% of the people speak English language.
  3. The user used to write down all the tasks to be performed on a paper before going to somewhere, however, it would be really nice if some digital device could solve this problem of reminding him the missing task.
  4. The user keeps his mobile phone with him when he really needs that. When he will be trying to get a bit relaxed, he won't keep his mobile phone with him so that no one could disturb him in his time of leisure.
  5. The user also gave us ideas about some new features that could be included in a modern navigation system like the device should be intelligent enough to receive and analyze the news from its surroundings, voice interaction of the user with the system etc. Also, it would be amazing if the system is so intelligent that the user is only required to enter the name and address of the place in a city and the system guides the user completely and comprehensively to reach the correct place.
  6. The user also suggested features like games and other things but we ignored these suggestions of the users and termed them as Creeping Featurism.
  7. The navigation system should be designed so that it should be customizable according to general and personal demands from the users.
