Interview with Maarten

Questions on daily life:
Maarten is a frequent eBay-user. He uses eBay about three times every week
and spends about half an hour there every time.
He also likes to browse through flea-markets, if he can find any good ones.
Local newsgroups are a good supplement to real flea-markets and he has
never made any negative experiences with any of these services. He mainly
uses all of the servies mentioned above for buying records and books.
Bulletin boards do not interest him very much though he scans them every no
and then, but he does not look for something in particular on them.
To distribute information, he preferes the telephone over all other media
because he likes the speed and the possibility of immediate feedback.


Reaction to our product idea:
Maarten seemed interested in our system, though he seemed concerned about
the usability of the system when implemented on a device with a small display.
Using the system should be free in his opinion, though he would accept a
small usage fee. He said that he would probably use it mostly in his free
time in the evenings and during weekends.
