Interview Protocol

In our interview we tried to gain information about the following topics:

Introduction: Some introductory words on the lecture, the project "Mobile Life", exchange of goods, information and services.

Our Questions focused on:

• Second hand articles: Question on the usage of fleamarkets, advertisments, eBay, newsgroups, bulletin boards...
• Services: Is the user atteding classes in her/his spare time, ever needed a babysitter or a mobile roadway repair...
• Information: Did she/he used online services to get information about her/his hobbies, job opportunities, practical courses, the hottest partys tonight...

Concerning those topics above, we interested in the users experiences, frequency, problems, spontaneous purchases.

After those questions we introduced and asked for statements on our project idea.
