Challenges


The age and knowledge about technical device of our target user group are very various. So we must consider this point to develop MANGER. We discussed and conclued that the usage of MANGER must be simple and it is not necessary to learn new skills. We tried to set the functions of MANGER as similar as possible to the functions of a mobile phone. Every user who has experience with mobile phones will easily find all features MANGER offers.

Convincing Restaurants

This is surely our main challenge. Which restaurants will support MANGER in the starting phase? We thought about several possibilities:
  • First the equipment need not be payed by the restaurants. So the restaurants should be interested in etablishing MANGER in this first phase.
  • There is a non profit call line for restaurants
  • We will do promotion for the restaurant, by giving a MANGER restaurant guide to users, were all restaurants supporting MANGER will be described.
