He believed that splitting the first screen (to, from, time) into two screens (to, from) may be of advantage to decrease the busyness of the screen. In addition he suggested to associate the departure time with the “from” and the arrival time with the “to” column instead of having an additional box at the bottom. The other suggestion that was made was to add a button to the third screen (confirm connection) that allows the user to actually purchase the ticket, and say have the e-ticket sent to him onto the smart phone.
