We had grasped a lot of ideas in brainstorming session in the class, about "mobile life" and some of the ideas which were more interesting for us are,
Wave guide :-
A system that says how to go and which path to take to reach a particular destination.
eg: when we are inside a big building and want to go to WC ,may be your PDA knows that ,it collects its information from the local server available in the building.
Location aware system:-
This is a type of system which says , what type of devices are available and how can they help you for doing the work that is to be done.
eg: when you are in an important meeting and you missed some printouts you can just give the command print from your system and the system connects to its local database ,find out the nearest printer ,print out the document and it will also tell you the way to reach the printer,where the paper is printed.
Home automation:-
This is a system which controls your house or office , based on the command you give from a remote location.
